When your car is listed on CLASSIC.COM, interested buyers will contact you through the “Contact Seller” button on your listing. The form collects their details and sends them directly to the email address linked to your account.

Don’t Miss Any Inquiries
- Safelist our email address – Add insight@classic.com to your safe senders list so our messages don’t get filtered to Junk or Spam.
- Mark emails as “Not Spam” – If one of our messages does land in your Spam folder, mark it as “Not Spam” so future inquiries come straight to your inbox.
- Keep your email address up to date – Want buyer inquiries to go to a different email? You can update your email address in your account at any time. Update your profile here.
- Check your account regularly – Every buyer inquiry is also stored in your CLASSIC.COM account under each listing. It’s a good idea to check it from time to time to make sure you haven’t missed anything. Access your listings here.
Note: If you have added your phone number to your listing, interested buyers may also call you. These calls are not tracked by CLASSIC.COM and will come directly to you.
