How will buyers contact me?
Inquiries are received directly to your email address, and tracked in your account.
When your car is listed on CLASSIC.COM, buyers reach out using the “Contact Seller” button on your listing. Their message is sent directly to the email address linked to your account. The email will come from "insight@classic.com" and contain the email address for the buyer, to which you should reply directly.
All inquiries are also stored in your account and can be viewed anytime in your Listing Manager.
If you’ve added a phone number to your listing, buyers may call you directly. Please note that phone calls are not tracked by CLASSIC.COM.
