Listing Image Guidelines
To maintain visual clarity and uniformity, the following guidelines apply to all listing images on CLASSIC.COM:
- Images must be high-resolution and free from watermarks, promotional content, or branding overlays that distract from the vehicle or include contact information.
- If a seller logo is present, it must be no larger than 5% of the image area, placed discreetly in a corner. Logos that naturally appear in the background, such as on showroom walls or signage, are acceptable as long as they do not detract from the vehicle or contain contact information.
- Images must be of the exact vehicle being advertised. We do not allow "placeholder" or "coming soon" images.
Photo Order & Primary Image Selection
We aim to present every vehicle in a way that highlights its most important features and creates a consistent experience for buyers across our platform. To do this, we use AI to both select a primary image and order the photo gallery.
The system is designed to prioritize the most informative and appealing angles (most often a clean 3/4 profile view) and place that image first. The rest of the gallery is then arranged in a logical sequence that helps buyers quickly understand the vehicle at a glance.
Dealers & Auctions: Image order on CLASSIC.COM may differ from the order on your website. This is an intentional feature designed to create a consistent browsing experience for buyers on our platform.
Image order cannot be customized at this time, but we welcome your input. Contact Partner Support to provide feedback for future improvements.
