Terms & Conditions for Private Seller Listings
Private Seller listings are currently available for specialty cars located in the US and Canada.
You confirm that you are the owner of this car or have the authority to sell it and guarantee that you are not misrepresenting any critical details about the vehicle, including its condition and location at the time of sale.
You are authorizing CLASSIC.COM to publish vehicle information including Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and related images on the CLASSIC.COM search engine, market pages, email alerts, and mobile application (collectively, the “Websites”). All listings will be a permanent entry in the vehicle history on the Websites, encompassing VIN, images, mileage, asking price, and, where applicable, the sold price and sold date.
CLASSIC.COM reserves the right to approve or deny individual listings at our discretion in order to protect the integrity, transparency, and trust of our platform.
You may cancel your listing and request a full refund within 24 hours of the listing’s initial posting time. Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted through written request to pitcrew@classic.com within this 24-hour window to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will only be provided to the original form of payment.
